The following characteristics are protected under federal and/or state fair housing laws in the jurisdictions where leevli operates:

3. What This Means for Our Platform

leevli is designed to empower renters and buyers with information — not to facilitate discrimination. On our platform:

• All verified property listings are made available to all users without restriction based on protected characteristics.
• Resident reviews and Q&A responses are moderated to remove discriminatory content.
• Expert professionals in our directory are required to comply with all applicable fair housing laws.
• Our search and recommendation algorithms do not filter or rank results based on protected characteristics.

4. Platform Standards & Content Moderation

All user-generated content on leevli is subject to our Community Guidelines and moderation policies. We prohibit any content that:

• Expresses a preference for or against any person based on a protected class
• Indicates that housing is unavailable to members of any protected class
• Uses discriminatory language in reviews, Q&A, or profile descriptions
• Attempts to steer users toward or away from neighborhoods based on demographic characteristics

Violations of these standards may result in content removal and account suspension.

5. Reporting a Violation

If you believe you have experienced or witnessed a fair housing violation on the leevli platform, please report it immediately:
