By accessing or using the leevli platform, website, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and leevli, Inc. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

leevli provides a real estate intelligence platform that includes the following services:

• Listings & Search: Browse verified residential property listings with enriched data including school ratings, walkability scores, and neighborhood insights.
• Ask a Resident: Connect with verified current residents of any building to ask questions and receive authentic, first-hand answers before committing to a lease or purchase.
• Expert Directory: Find and connect with licensed brokers, real estate attorneys, inspectors, and contractors who specialize in your target area.
• Marketplace: Access a curated network of trusted home service providers, movers, and real estate professionals.
• Deeds & Docs: Access historical deed records, title history, and closing cost estimators for properties.
• Opportunity Radar: Receive alerts and insights about market opportunities in your target neighborhoods.
• Resident Rewards Program: Earn points and rewards by contributing verified reviews, Q&A responses, and community insights.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of leevli, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not create more than one account or transfer your account to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our platform or community.

4. Resident Program

Verified residents may participate in the leevli Resident Program by submitting reviews, answering Q&A inquiries, and contributing community insights. By participating, you agree that:

• All contributions are truthful, accurate, and based on your genuine experience.
• You will not submit false, misleading, or defamatory content about any building, management company, or individual.
• leevli may display, modify, or remove your contributions at any time.
• Rewards earned through the program have no cash value and are subject to our Rewards Program terms.

5. Expert Program

Licensed professionals listed in our Expert Directory must maintain active professional licenses and comply with all applicable laws. Experts agree to provide accurate profile information and to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with leevli users. leevli does not endorse or guarantee the services of any expert listed on the platform.

6. Marketplace Services

The leevli Marketplace connects users with third-party service providers. leevli acts as an intermediary only and is not a party to any agreement between users and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services offered through the Marketplace.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information or reviews
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or professionals
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access the platform
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures or access controls
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of fair housing laws
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Distributing spam, malware, or other harmful content

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the leevli platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations — is the property of leevli, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

By submitting content to our platform, you grant leevli a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE LEEVLI PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEEVLI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless leevli, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of leevli after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. SMS & WhatsApp Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive automated text messages (SMS) and/or WhatsApp messages from leevli about the campaign, sweepstakes, or program you entered, including registration confirmations, entry reminders, and winner notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of participating in any campaign, sweepstakes, or purchase.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• We do not share or sell your phone number or messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
