10. Campaign & Sweepstakes Privacy

Participation in a Leevli campaign or sweepstakes will not cause an entrant's full legal name, private residential address, or apartment/unit number to become public. Leevli does not publicly display this information as part of any campaign or sweepstakes.

• Campaign information is used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, prevent fraud or duplicate entries, conduct the drawing, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, maintain required records, and comply with applicable law.
• A potential winner may be asked to provide limited additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity, age, eligibility, or mailing information for prize delivery.
• To the extent permitted by law, public winner announcements are limited to a winner's first name, last initial, and state or general geographic area.
• Entering a campaign or sweepstakes does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.

11. SMS & WhatsApp Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, leevli may send you text messages (SMS) and/or WhatsApp messages related to campaigns and sweepstakes you enter (such as registration confirmations, reminders to complete your entry, and winner notifications), and other account or service-related communications you have requested. Message frequency varies depending on the program. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS/WhatsApp opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of participating in any campaign, sweepstakes, or purchase.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by contacting us at privacy@leevli.com. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS/WhatsApp messages does not affect your participation in any campaign or your other account communications.
